We process booking data because it is necessary to provide the reservation you requested (contract / steps prior to contract), and for our legitimate interests in running a restaurant safely. Marketing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We use service providers that help us operate bookings and messaging (for example hosting, SMS/WhatsApp, or email delivery). We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep data

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed for reservations, guest history, legal, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise them when no longer required.

Submit a request to erase or review your personal data. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it (for example completed orders).
